My Heart

From my heart flows my life.

Good flows in and out.

I must beware of hardness there.

I must believe not doubt.

I will guard my heart with faith.

With the Spirit truth I’ll find.

Jesus will give me perfect ease

As I trust him all the time.

I will be anxious for nothing.

With thanksgiving I will pray.

God will give my heart strength.

On Christ my mind will stay.
